1. Delivery locations and available services
Delivery availability is checked against the recipient’s PIN code, the products in the order and the available fulfilment service. An option shown for one product or address may not be available for another.
Standard shipping, local or rapid delivery, and collection are available only where offered for your order. For an address or destination that checkout does not support, contact us before placing or paying for the order.
2. When an order is ready to ship
Production time is separate from courier transit time. A payment receipt or order number does not mean printing has finished or that the parcel has been dispatched.
Printing depends on usable files, the selected specifications, any required approval, payment verification and production availability. Missing artwork, requested corrections or an approval still under review can affect the schedule.
For Author and Business orders, a book must complete the applicable review and pricing approval. Order-specific files may need a separate audit. Orders awaiting funds are not released for fulfilment until the funding and order requirements have been checked.
3. Delivery estimates and time-sensitive orders
Use the delivery estimate or agreed schedule shown for your selected product, service and destination. A courier transit estimate starts after dispatch; it is not the total time from uploading your file to receiving your prints.
Rapid delivery is subject to the availability shown for the order, including production and binding requirements, local operating hours and delivery coverage. It is not a service-wide promise that every product can arrive within a fixed number of hours.
Public holidays, weather, transport disruption, address queries and other delivery issues can affect arrival. If your order is for an event or a fixed deadline, confirm that requirement with us before paying. If an agreed schedule is missed, contact support so we can review the order and the available resolution.
4. Shipping and delivery charges
Review the shipping charge and final total before confirming your order. Charges depend on the delivery option, destination, quantity and shipment characteristics. Author and Business orders use the applicable approved printing, packaging and shipping rates.
A change to the address, quantity, delivery method or shipment requirements may change the quote. Any proposed extra charge for a requested change or redelivery will be explained before you agree to it. A shipping quote for one order does not establish a fixed rate for future orders.
5. Addresses, phone numbers and changes
Provide the recipient’s full name, complete street address, locality, city, state, PIN code and a reachable phone number. Check the address for each recipient in a bulk or CSV order.
Contact support immediately if an address needs correction. We must check the production and dispatch stage before confirming a change; an address saved in your account does not automatically update an order already placed. After handover to a courier, rerouting may not be available.
6. Dispatch and tracking
Use your order history and the tracking details recorded against the order to check progress. Where a tracking link or shipment reference is available, it can be used to follow the carrier’s updates. Contact support with your order number if tracking is missing or appears incorrect.
Creating a shipping label is different from the courier collecting the parcel. Tracking scans may take time to appear after handover. If an order is split into separate shipments, the items may arrive at different times.
7. Missed delivery and return to origin
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, respond promptly to the courier or contact our team. An incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, refusal of a parcel or local delivery restrictions can lead to a return to origin.
We will check the reason for the return and explain the available options. Where an address or recipient issue requires another dispatch, any proposed redelivery cost will be communicated first. An error attributable to Send2Print or its fulfilment provider will be considered when deciding the resolution. A return-to-origin scan does not by itself confirm a cancellation or refund.
8. Damage, missing items and non-delivery
Check the package and its contents when practical. Keep the packaging and delivery label while an issue is being investigated. Report a damaged parcel, a wrong or missing item, a disputed delivery scan or an overdue shipment with your order number and a description of the issue.
Photographs of the packaging, label and affected product help us investigate; an unboxing video is helpful if available but is not the only way to support a claim. Replacement, return and refund requests are reviewed under our Refund & cancellation policy and applicable consumer rights. Courier involvement does not remove those rights.
